Life Mission \u2013 Preservation of our Sanathana (Vedic) Dharma.<\/strong><\/p>\n Holiness Jagadguru Shri Chandrasekarendra Saraswathi, Shankaracharya of Kanchi Kamakoti Peetam, was the 68th in the line of succession of Pithadhipati\u2019s from Adi Sankara. He became the head of the Math at the age of 13 in the year 1907. He was born in the year 20th May 1894 (Anusha Nakshtra).<\/p>\n After ministering to the needs of the afflicted and the distressed and spreading the message of Sanathana Dharma for almost half a century, this Jeevan Muktha felt it was time he gave up the burden of Mathadhipati and devoted his time to penance for universal weal.<\/p>\n A Tapasvin of the highest order, His Holiness exuded love and compassion. The devotees felt blessed and found themselves transformed.
